Orange Ricotta Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Ricotta cheese makes the most of light, fluffy pancakes, with dark chocolate chips in these orange ricotta chocolate chip pancakes set with a delicate orange flavor.

The orange flavor was assertive. Dark chocolate chips totally set it off. The texture of the ricotta was really light and fluffy.

While making this, a tawa or wok is heated on medium heat, and pancakes are made on it by greasing it with butter.

Leftover pancakes can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days or in the freezer for longer storage.

Personal preference for these is to wrap individual portions, i.e. 2-3 pancakes, in plastic wrap, then store them in freezer storage bags in the freezer.

Then reheat these in the microwave on busy mornings when you want a special breakfast.
