Make Peanut Butter Blossoms at Home

Most recipes call for a combination of granulated and brown sugar in the flour, but we're using all Domino's Light Brown Sugar here.

Ingredients for Peanut Butter Blossoms – 6 tablespoons (85 grams) unsalted butter – cup (130 grams) creamy peanut butter – cup (132 g) light brown sugar (packed) – 1 large egg – 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract – tsp baking soda – tsp salt – 1¼ cups (156 grams) all-purpose flour – cup (100 grams) granulated sugar (for rolling out cookie dough) – 40 Chocolate Kiss Candies

Cookies will keep for up to 5 days in an airtight container at room temperature, you can freeze baked cookies tightly wrapped and freeze for up to 3 months

To freeze cookie dough for later, scoop, roll, and then freeze cookie dough on a plate or baking sheet for 30 minutes.

Then place in the freezer bag and bake the cookies straight out of the freezer, adding 1-2 minutes to the baking time
