Brownie recipes use melted chocolate, and some recipes use cocoa powder mixed with butter.

There's not one, not two, but three forms of chocolate in these brownies, which makes them fudgy and chewy with a perfectly rich chocolate flavor.

Serves - 16 Brownies, Prep Time - 15 mins, Cooking Time - 30 mins, Type - Brownie.

The brownies will keep well unwrapped at room temperature for up to 5 days. They also work well packed tightly in Tupperware.

You can use natural or dutch process cocoa powder in this recipe. Chemical reaction is not a factor here so you can use whatever you like.

It won't make the brownies taste like coffee - it enhances the flavor of the chocolate. You can buy it at most grocery stores in the baking aisle or on Amazon.
